vision over visibility

In 1993 I was studying Graphic Design in College. This was my first introduction to Macintosh computers and the Performa line. I was a bit awkward on the computer at first, but quickly got the hang of it and fell in love. It would be seven more years until I purchased my very first mac in 2000. It was a Dual Gig G4 Quilksiver that dual booted OS9 and the new OSX system. That machine still runs today in our living room as the “family computer”. Steve’s approach to the personal computer and digital technology offered vision over visibility. He always pushed forward, beyond what he could see. He inspires me to do the same. I will always and forever be a ‘mac-happy girl’ thanks to Steve Jobs. His life’s work made a huge dent in my universe as well as the lives of millions. My heart felt condolences are offered to his wife, children and dear family and friends.
